Removing the application bundle does not erase your personal files or the folders it uses on macOS. Your window shortcuts and snapping settings live in a preferences file that rebuilds automatically if the app returns. However, if you placed a configuration file in the Application Support folder for automatic import, that specific setup data remains until you manually delete the folder. The update check cache is also retained but is harmless.
