Your user settings and keymap are kept separately in the .fleet folder in your home folder, which holds your own data, so do not remove that folder to fix a cache problem.

What happens after you clear the JetBrains Fleet cache

The app rebuilds the cache the next time it opens, so the first start afterwards is slower than usual. Your settings in the home .fleet folder stay as they are, and so do the per-project .fleet folders inside your projects. Your projects remain in their own folders. If the app asks you to sign in to your JetBrains Account after clearing, sign in with the same account. If you moved something by mistake, it stays in the Trash until you empty it.
