Clear Magnet Cache on Mac
To clear the Magnet cache, quit the app, then remove only its cache files rather than the whole container folder. Magnet keeps its settings and custom shortcuts in that same folder, so deleting all of it would also reset them.

What happens after you clear the Magnet cache
The app rebuilds its cache the next time it runs, so the first launch afterwards may take a little longer. Check that your settings and shortcuts are still there once it opens.
