What happens after you clear the Roblox cache

The cache rebuilds itself the next time you play, so the first launch and early games take longer while assets download again. Log files and preferences are recreated automatically as well. If the app asks you to sign in, use your usual account details, and your avatar and progress will be there. Anything you move to the Trash can still be restored until you empty it.
