Clear Surfshark Cache on Mac
To clear the Surfshark cache, use the app's own cache option if it has one. If it doesn't, quit the app and remove only the cache contents inside its support folder, not the folder itself. Surfshark stores little data locally, so the space you get back is usually modest.

Surfshark has no separate cache folder. Its folders hold settings and your own data, so there is nothing to clear safely by hand.

The folder at ~/Library/Application Support/Surfshark holds app settings, logs and cache, and its typical size is 100 MB – 1 GB. Because your settings live there too, you should not delete the whole folder to clear the cache. Clearing tends to help when the app connects slowly, shows outdated server lists, or its log folder keeps growing. The part that matters most on your Mac is the VPN configuration and kill switch settings, which stay registered with macOS and can affect your connection if left behind.
