Clearing helps when the app connects slowly, shows outdated server lists, or its log keeps growing. The data typically takes 100 MB – 1 GB, and deleting the app does not remove this folder.
What happens after you clear the NordVPN cache
Your subscription is not cancelled, since it belongs to your Nord Account. The VPN configuration and network extension that the app added to macOS stay registered until the app is removed. If the app asks you to sign in afterwards, use your Nord Account details.
