The cache is kept in the WebEx Folder at ~/Library/Application Support/WebEx Folder, which holds meeting components, cache and logs. The meeting components are the parts downloaded when you join meetings, so this folder is where that downloaded material collects. If you want space back, or meetings are slow to load or fail to open, clearing this folder is a reasonable thing to try. Your meetings, messages and cloud recordings belong to your Webex account and are not kept in this folder.
What happens after you clear the Cisco Webex cache
Quit the app before you remove anything, then clear the cache from inside the app if it offers that option. If it does not, move the folder's contents to the Trash, where you can restore them until the Trash is emptied. The meeting components are downloaded again when you join a meeting, so the folder fills up again after your next meeting. Your Webex account still holds your meetings, messages and cloud recordings. Removing the app itself does not remove this folder, so it stays until you remove it separately.
