LINE has no separate cache folder. Its folders hold settings and your own data, so there is nothing to clear safely by hand.

Specific to LINE
The LINE data folder holds chat data, stickers, images and cache together, so the cache is not kept apart from your own messages. It grows as you receive stickers, pictures and videos, and that is the main reason the folder gets large, typically 300 MB – 3 GB. Clearing helps when the folder has grown well beyond that range or when the app stalls while loading media. Because the folder also contains your own data, do not delete it as a whole.
What happens after you clear the LINE cache
The app rebuilds its cache as you use it, so the first start afterwards may be slower than usual. Stickers and images you open again will download once more. Your account is tied to your phone, and chat history on the Mac is not fully restored after a reinstall, so do not expect every old message to return. You may be asked to sign in again, so keep your phone nearby.
